GoogleHomeから会話中にスマートフォンに通知を送る方法

GoogleHome「細かい情報はスマフォに送るね」をやりたい。
長い間日本未対応な感じだったが、SDK v2になり日本でも対応できるようになった。

以下は以前の内容の古い内容。

具体的にはNewSurfaceを利用する。
2018/3/10現在en-USのみ対応を確認。
テストユーザーのgoogleHomeデバイスの言語設定を英語にしてもスマフォで動作確認できず。
（スマフォの言語設定が英語じゃないとダメそう）
詳細な動きまでは確認できず。ちょっと調査力が弱い…。
